The PharmaMar patent portfolio is composed of over 1,800 files, of which 1,200 are patents which have been granted and 600 are patent applications which are still at the processing stage. These files are included in 100 patent families, each one of which protects a specific invention.

 

One third of all scientific patents and publications on anticancer drugs of marine origin are the result of the research carried out by PharmaMar.
